TERMS OF SALES

LIABILITY

We have done our best in manufacturing the best body armor products to suit your protective needs. We have done many different testing methods to ensure that our product is the highest quality of protection on the market. Our staff has 100% confidence in our products and  As much as we would like it, nothing is perfect and we cannot guarantee that you will be 100% safe from any projectile impacts and fragmentations while using this product. There are many factors that can impact how projectiles travel and how they penetrate the ballistic materials such as different climates and temperatures, source of projectile being discharged, and the varieties of ammunition. Therefore, The Armor Hub assumes no liability of any kind including without limitation any incidental or consequential liability, for anyone who uses or misuse any model of our products. All sales of any of our ballistic products are final with no returns or exchange of any kind. Our products are sold as is, with minimal faults if any. The buyer and/or user will automatically take on all risks, responsibility and liability once the item has been purchased and/or is in use. 

PROOF OF SALES

The Armor Hub will only complete the sales of our ballistic products to the buyers who can legally purchase body armor in their province. Proof of licensing will be required to any sales in provinces that legally require the buyer to be licensed. More information below under "LICENSING"

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing any ballistic products from The Armor Hub on our website or in-person, the buyer and/or user will agree that:

Are 18 years or older in age.

Are legally allowed to purchase and use ballistic products in your Province.

Are truthful and honest with the information that was provided.

Are not purchasing our ballistic products on the behalf of someone else.

Are not shooting at or testing our ballistic products in any way.

Are not being shot at while wearing or using the ballistic products.

Are not testing the ballistic products on a person.

Are assuming all risks, responsibility and liability of the purchase and use of our ballistic products and agree to not hold The Armor Hub (www.thearmorhub.ca) or any of their associates members or associated entities liable in any way or reason.

WARRANTY

The warranty of any body armor does not cover any physical damage that has been done by the user or from other external reasons. This includes but doesn’t limit to, damage from; shooting or cutting it, poor care or chemical usage, impact from elevated drops, impact for objects falling onto it. We have the rights to challenge any warranty submissions and demand proof of purchase, photo evidence and physical evidence sent to our location on paid by the user. Every submission will be investigated individually and we have no obligations in replacing or refunding anyone if we do not see it fit. 

LICENSING

Any resident from British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia and Alberta must show proof of body armor permit or exemption to be able to purchase and own ballistic products. This means if you reside in any of the provinces listed, you must provide a valid photo permit or proof of exemptions in order to purchase our ballistic products. At The Armor Hub, we will ask you to submit a copy of each piece of documentation to our sales representatives prior to the completion of the order. The payment will be on hold until the user can provide this information. We charge a $15 fee for any orders that do not have the required documentation and the order will be terminated.

No licensing required for the following provinces but ID and PAL may be asked for proof of residence: Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland, Territories

We currently do not sell to the following provinces: British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia.
